We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop their skills in human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Engage with potential candidates through emails and social media to build a talent pipeline.
  • Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and onboarding documents.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment techniques.
  • Knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Any Graduate
