We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-4 years of experience who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and track the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
