Urgent Hiring || HR Reruiter || Delhi

Profile: Recruiter Non-IT & IT Hiring (SaaS/CPaaS)

Experience: 2-5 years

Budget: upto 4.5 LPA (depend on the interview)

Location: Delhi

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for preferably Non-IT & IT positions (from sourcing to onboarding).
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in SaaS/CPaaS domains.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and role fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and role expectations.
  • Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing techniques for talent acquisition.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to close positions within defined timelines
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 25 years of proven experience in Non-IT & IT hiring within the SaaS, CPaaS, or IT services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in hiring for Sales, Marketing, and other non-IT roles
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
