About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at StatusNeo. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with top-tier campuses and driving recruitment for technical and product roles. If you have a passion for engaging with young talent and a strong background in tech hiring, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute campus recruitment strategies for product and tech roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering and management institutes.
• Plan and manage end-to-end campus hiring drives, including pre-placement talks, assessments, and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure quality hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
• Represent StatusNeo at campus events and career fairs to promote employer branding.

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in campus recruitment and tech hiring.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and product-based hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campuses simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
