Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Hospitality Recruiter. The Hospitality Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles within the hospitality industry, including chefs, staff for restaurants or hotels, and other positions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs, conducting effective interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure successful placements. Strong communication and networking skills will be essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and staff hiring processes
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, bars, bakeries, and hotels
  • Strong communication skills, relationship building, and client management abilities
  • Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving abilities and strategic decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is a plus
