- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for preferably Non-IT & IT positions (from sourcing to onboarding).
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in SaaS/CPaaS domains.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and role fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and role expectations.
- Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing techniques for talent acquisition.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to close positions within defined timelines
- Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements
- 25 years of proven experience in Non-IT & IT hiring within the SaaS, CPaaS, or IT services sector.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in hiring for Sales, Marketing, and other non-IT roles
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
