Recruiter

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bilaspur. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, creating job postings, and leveraging online platforms and networks to attract qualified talent. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring practices and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Competence in stakeholder communication, including collaboration with hiring managers and leadership.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple open roles, tracking recruitment metrics, and meeting hiring timelines.
• Proficiency with basic HR tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard office software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination is preferred, ideally within real estate or service-oriented industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Bilaspur, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive hiring practices.
