Designation: Technical Recruiter

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Onsite

CTC: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct interviews and screen candidates for technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and track candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates during the hiring process.
• Assist in preparing and updating technical job descriptions and job postings.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Basic understanding of technical roles, technologies, and requirements in the IT industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.
