Role Description-

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Nashik. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for restaurant, kitchen, and support roles, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and conducting initial interviews. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews with hiring managers, managing offer processes, and ensuring timely onboarding and documentation. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with outlet managers to understand staffing needs, and supporting workforce planning for new and existing locations. The Recruiter will help promote the employer brand, ensure a positive candidate experience, and align hiring practices with company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Experience with recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles and hiring pipelines.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, or hospitality recruitment.
• Note- This is an entry level job, only 1-2 years experienced candidates preferred.
