ABOUT NUBRA
Nubra is a FinTech trading platform in active growth. We are building teams across engineering, product, marketing, and operations and we are moving fast. If you have been inside a startup at this stage before, you know exactly what that means.
THE ROLE
This is an end-to-end TA role. You own the mandate from sourcing to offer across every function. Engineering, product, growth, marketing, ops, business. No specialist lanes here. You work directly with founders and business heads, you build pipelines from scratch, and you close.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Full-cycle hiring across all functions you are not a tech-only or non-tech-only recruiter. You are comfortable switching between an engineering mandate and a marketing hire in the same week.
- Direct sourcing on LinkedIn boolean searches, cold outreach, referral activation. You build the pipeline, you do not wait for one.
- Stakeholder management founders and business heads who move fast and have high standards. You align them, push back when needed, and keep the process moving.
- Selling the opportunity good candidates always have options. You know how to position a role and a growth story well enough that strong people choose this over a safer bet.
- Offer and compensation discussions you are in the room. Confident across levels and functions.
- Pipeline ownership you track your numbers, flag bottlenecks early, and keep conversion healthy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 35 years in recruitment with core product based firm that was in building or scaling mode. Not just a startup on paper.
- Cross-functional hiring experience you have closed roles in at least two or more functions tech and non-tech both. At the same company.
- 01 muscle you have been one of very few recruiters at a startup that was actively building its team. You know what it takes to hire well when everything is still being figured out.
- Product mindset you understand how a product startup works, what each function contributes, and how priorities shift at different growth stages.
- Closes on vision your best hires joined because of how you sold the opportunity, not the brand. That ability matters here.
- Stable work history you have stayed long enough to see the full arc of the roles you built. Switches every year are a flag.
- Works without a playbook mandates will be ambiguous. Org structures will change. You figure it out and keep moving.
GOOD TO HAVE
- FinTech or product domain exposure helps when hiring for product and engineering roles.
NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF
- You have only hired within one function pure tech or pure non-tech will not work here.
- Your background is entirely in agencies, IT staffing, or large corporates with no startup exposure.
- You rely on agencies or job boards to build your pipeline.
- You need a defined process, clear org charts, and structured support before you can execute.
- You switch roles every year we are looking for someone who invests in the work they do.
