Role Overvie

wThe Recruiter, India will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Armstrong's India operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience

.The role will support recruitment across engineering, operations, and functional roles, managing everything from sourcing and interviewing through onboarding and exit coordination. The ideal candidate brings experience in engineering or manufacturing recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver results with speed and quality.   • s.Coordinate with hiring managers and panel members to ensure timely scheduling of interviews and process progressio
  • n.Prepare and help with job offer negotiations, effectively communicating salary structures, benefits, and other detail
