Role:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles. Work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and close candidates across IT and engineering domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end technical hiring
- Sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Resume screening & initial interviews
- Interview coordination & offer closure
- Maintain ATS and candidate pipeline
Requirements:
- 24 years in engineering/technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of engineering skill sets
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & job portals
Preferred:
- Hiring experience in Automotive, Embedded, AI, Cybersecurity, or Digital roles
