Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand current and future staffing needs across sales and technical departments.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Draft compelling and inclusive job descriptions tailored to the role and department needs.
- Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline of both passive and active candidates.
End-to-End Recruiting
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams across different locations and time zones.
- Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, and timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Prepare and extend offer letters in collaboration with HR and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with compensation policies and market data.
Collaboration & Candidate Experience
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders (HR, Operations, Delivery Managers, Sales Directors).
- Provide timely hiring updates and maintain accurate records in ATS (e.g., CEIPAL or similar platforms).
- Collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding coordination and pre-hire documentation.
Data, Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, etc.).
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in both sales and technical hiring.
- Experience recruiting for IT roles, BDMs, Inside Sales, Pre-sales, and Delivery/Support positions is a plus.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche job boards).
- Familiarity with ATS (preferably CEIPAL) and HR tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work with urgency.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred:
- Previous experience recruiting for a staffing or IT services firm.
- Knowledge of U.S. hiring practices, visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.), and compliance guidelines.
- Exposure to DEI initiatives in recruiting and talent strategy.
