Engineering Recruiter

Experience: 24 Years | Type: Full-time

Role:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical roles. Work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and close candidates across IT and engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end technical hiring
  • Sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
  • Resume screening & initial interviews
  • Interview coordination & offer closure
  • Maintain ATS and candidate pipeline

Requirements:

  • 24 years in engineering/technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of engineering skill sets
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & job portals

Preferred:

  • Hiring experience in Automotive, Embedded, AI, Cybersecurity, or Digital roles
