Roles & Responsibilities
1. Phone Screening
• Conduct timely phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications across roles including Warehouse,
Transportation, Sales, and Product.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Employer Branding
• Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand across all touchpoints.
3. Job Posting & Management
• Create, publish, and manage job postings across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and
more.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization of job listings to attract the right talent.
4. Passive Sourcing
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search,
and multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
5. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring
priorities.
• Provide regular updates and insights to ensure alignment and timely hiring decisions.
6. Candidate Database Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within internal systems.
• Ensure data integrity and effective tracking throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 1-2 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in US shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM IST).
• Proven experience in passive sourcing using Boolean search and other advanced techniques.
• Experience managing job postings and maintaining a strong employer presence across platforms.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Monster.
