Recruiter – Recruitment Lead

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive and manage end-to-end hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in leading a recruitment team, handling stakeholder management, and delivering hiring targets across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and KPIs
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical and bulk hiring requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs
- Drive recruitment planning, pipeline building, and forecasting
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions
- Ensure quality of hires, TAT adherence, and candidate experience
- Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates/reports
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):
- Proven experience in a Recruitment Lead / Team Lead role (minimum 2–4 years in a leadership capacity)
- Prior experience managing a team of recruiters is mandatory
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and team handling
- Ability to drive targets and manage multiple hiring mandates
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
