Recruiter – Recruitment Lead

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Lead to drive and manage end-to-end hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in leading a recruitment team, handling stakeholder management, and delivering hiring targets across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and KPIs
  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical and bulk hiring requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs
  • Drive recruitment planning, pipeline building, and forecasting
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct training sessions
  • Ensure quality of hires, TAT adherence, and candidate experience
  • Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates/reports
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and best practices

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

  • Proven experience in a Recruitment Lead / Team Lead role (minimum 2–4 years in a leadership capacity)
  • Prior experience managing a team of recruiters is mandatory
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and team handling
  • Ability to drive targets and manage multiple hiring mandates
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
