We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring for Sales and Operations roles across levels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in volume hiring, stakeholder management, and fast closures in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle hiring for Sales (Inside/Field) and Operations roles
- Handle volume hiring with speed and quality
- Ensure positions are closed within defined TATs
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, bulk hiring channels, and referrals
- Conduct market mapping for competitor hiring trends and salary benchmarks
- Partner with hiring managers and business heads
- Align on job requirements, candidate quality, and timelines
- Provide real-time updates on pipeline and hiring challenges
- Conduct initial screening for communication, stability, and role fit
- Evaluate candidates on target orientation, sales mindset, and operational efficiency
- Ensure a smooth and fast interview process
- Drive strong offer-to-joiner conversion
- Engage candidates during notice period to avoid drop-offs
- Track metrics like TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-joiner ratio
- Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers
- Identify gaps and improve hiring efficiency
Key Skills & Requirements
