Primary Title
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) Remote, India
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, interview, close, and hand over candidates for onboarding.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, Boolean search, and community channels.
- Manage ATS workflowsupdate job statuses, document interview feedback, run candidate shortlists, and ensure data hygiene.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, refine JD language, set hiring SLAs, and provide market intelligence.
- Conduct structured interviews, coordinate multi-stage interview schedules, and support offer preparation and negotiation.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare weekly hiring reports, and iterate on sourcing strategies to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.

Qualifications: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment within high-volume or CX/tech hiring environments. Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate autonomously in a remote setup.
