Position: - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.

Duties And Responsibilities: -

Source passive candidates through different portals like, Naukri.com, Indeed , Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, Hirist, Hirect etc..
Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing.
Communicate with Hiring Managers.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player.
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
