To manage end-to-end recruitment for textile operations and ensure smooth joining formalities for all new hires, aligned with company policies and timeline
Responsibilities
Recruitment (Core Role)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for textile roles (Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Garments, Maintenance, etc.)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and campus hiring
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
- Manage offer roll-out and negotiation within approved budgets
Joining & Onboarding
- Ensure smooth joining formalities for all new employees
- Prepare and verify joining documents (KYC, education, experience, etc.)
- Coordinate medical check-ups (if applicable)
- Facilitate employee induction and orientation programs
- Coordinate with Admin for accommodation, ID cards, and workstation readiness
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain employee personal files and records
- Ensure all statutory and internal compliance related to new joinees
- Update HRMS/ERP systems with accurate employee data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–5 years in recruitment (preferably in textile/manufacturing industry)
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
