-Search for associates / profile on Linkedin, Monster, and other job sites matching Job description

– Primary filtering/Sourcing

– Collect all details of candidate

– Schedule and co-ordinate interviews with candidate and interview panel

– Complete onboarding process

– Connect with associates on weekly basis

– Having more than 1 years of cumulative experience on any one technology i.e. SFDC / SAP / Oracle / Full Stack

– Should have closed more than 10 positions in one of the above technologies

– Should have good network on candidates
