3+ years of experience working as a WorkdayTechnicalConsultant or in a similar role.
Working knowledgeof overall Workday solution, withIn-depth knowledge of Workday integration technologies, including Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect, EIBs, PECI, PICOF and Web Services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, withunderstanding of HRIS and ERP systems,andexperienceofintegrating WorkdayHCMwith various third-party applications such as payroll systems, benefits providers, and recruiting platforms.
Proficiencyin XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and other integration protocols and languages.
Experience with Workday Core Connector development and maintenance is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage withteamand stakeholders at all levels and across geographies and cultures.
A commitment to continuous learning and driving improvement.
Workday certification(s) in Integration Fundamentals or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
