Job Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of agency recruitment experience to join our Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both technical and non-technical recruitment and have strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and other channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews and shortlist relevant profiles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage the recruitment process.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and deliver relevant profiles.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in agency/recruitment consultancy hiring.
• Agency recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with only in-house Talent Acquisition experience in IT companies are not preferred.
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn recruitment/sourcing is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented recruitment environment.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
