Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated US Recruiter*to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for someone with 6+ months of recruitment experience*who is interested in building a career in US staffing and recruitment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles across the US market, while working closely with internal recruitment teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other recruitment platforms.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.

• Recruit candidates for US-based positions across different industries and skill sets.

• Review resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions and client requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.

• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/recruitment databases.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Meet individual and team recruitment targets/KPIs.

• Stay updated on US hiring trends, recruitment practices, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of recruitment experience required.

• Experience in US recruitment / US staffing is preferred.

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and resume databases.

• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates quickly.

• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Willingness to work onsite in Ahmedabad.

• Comfortable working with US time zones / night, as required.
