We are looking for a Senior Recruiter – IT with 2+ years of experience in core IT recruitment across international markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands technology hiring, enjoys working with global stakeholders and can manage recruitment delivery in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As part of our Australian Recruitment team, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for core IT roles across the Australian market, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver quality hiring outcomes.

You'll:

• Source, screen and engage IT candidates across Australian and international talent markets.

• Recruit for core IT skill sets such as software development, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, testing and business analysis.

• Understand job requirements, create sourcing strategies and submit qualified candidates within agreed timelines.

• Use job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals and recruitment databases to build strong candidate pipelines.

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and maintain regular communication with candidates and client stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate recruitment activity, candidate records and submission details within ATS and recruitment systems.

• Ensure compliance with client processes, documentation standards and agreed recruitment service levels.

What We're Looking For

• We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented recruiter with strong experience in core IT hiring and international recruitment delivery.
• You will be successful if you can understand technical requirements, build strong candidate relationships, manage priorities and work effectively with Australian clients.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in IT recruitment is required, preferably with exposure to international recruitment markets.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, ATS platforms and sourcing strategies for niche IT roles will be an advantage.

Working Hours

This role supports Australian recruitment delivery and requires availability during early morning IST hours.

You'll work from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST, aligning with Australian business hours and recruitment delivery requirements.
