3 Sourcing & Screening Oversight
- Guide team on sourcing through:
- Job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.)
- LinkedIn
- Internal database
- References
- Ensure proper screening:
- Technical skills validation
- Notice period check
- CTC negotiation
- BGC eligibility (gap criteria, documents)
- Review quality before submission to client.

5 Interview & Offer Coordination
- Coordinate interview scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates after every round.
- Negotiate salary and offer closure.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process.
- Reduce offer drop ratio.
