We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals to meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the IT roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
