We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the tech industry and the ability to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate profiles and track recruitment metrics.

• Strong understanding of various technical roles and technologies.
