Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and HR.
- Manage the full recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding procedures.
- Keep track of recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
