The Recruiter Manager will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to manage candidate data and streamline processes.
