Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to attract top talent and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred but not mandatory for freshers).
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
