Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles
Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further steps
Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates
Draft clear and concise job descriptions and post openings on relevant recruitment platforms
Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with organizational goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment
Female candidates only (as per company requirement)
Specialization in Non-IT recruitment
Fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
