About The Role

We are seeking experienced US Non-IT Engineering Recruiters to join our dynamic team at Radiant Systems Inc. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates within the engineering domain, including sectors such as Admin, Construction, Manufacturing, and Aerospace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the US market, demonstrating expertise in light industrial hiring and client management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals to leverage their recruitment skills in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the success of our clients and the growth of our organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in US Non-IT recruitment, specifically within the engineering and light industrial sectors. A strong understanding of W2 and direct client hiring processes is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and candidates alike. A background in handling multiple client requirements simultaneously, along with a strategic and process-oriented mindset, will be highly advantageous. Candidates should also be familiar with the US staffing market, industry best practices, and compliance standards. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. The recruiter will be responsible for understanding client requirements thoroughly, creating accurate job descriptions, and presenting suitable candidates for review. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding—is crucial. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Additionally, the recruiter should stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and market conditions to advise clients effectively. Collaborating with the internal team to develop sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes is also part of the role.
