As we continue to expand at Dream Travel Yaari, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Attendance, leave, and employee records management
• Employee engagement and retention initiatives
• HR policy implementation and compliance
• Supporting management in building a high-performance work culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience
• Proven experience in recruitment and employee management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR processes and workplace policies
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
