Senior Sales Recruiter
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead hiring for sales and business functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, stakeholder management, and closing high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business roles across multiple levels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with business requirements
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless hiring experience
- Manage interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions
- Conduct competitor and talent market mapping to support hiring decisions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on sales hiring
- Proven experience hiring for Inside Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Leadership roles
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals
- Ability to work in a high-growth, target-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and market mapping
