About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Recruiter to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to meet the staffing needs of our US-based healthcare clients. Your expertise in healthcare recruitment, combined with your ability to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain client relationships, will be critical to our success. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or US staffing recruitment, with a focus on allied health professionals such as Physical Therapists. A thorough understanding of US healthcare licensing, credentialing, and staffing models is preferred. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though relevant experience can be considered in lieu of formal education. Familiarity with popular job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster is essential, along with proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) through various platforms including job boards, LinkedIn, and other online recruitment tools.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and qualification assessments to ensure suitability for client requirements.
- Verify professional licenses, credentials, and experience of potential candidates to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to extending offers, ensuring timely placements.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly to ensure data accuracy.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals to meet ongoing and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and clients to understand their specific hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
