What You'll Do

  • Support and execute the intern and grad recruiting strategy across multiple organisations
  • Partner cross-functionally with hiring teams, the broader Talent Acquisition organisation, and the People team to develop scalable, tailored recruiting processes that prioritise an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for candidates, including both internship and full-time opportunities.
  • Represent Uber at student hiring events, webinars, and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador and promoting our early careers programs.
  • Develop and refine sourcing strategies for events and conferences, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution across teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights and regular reporting to hiring teams and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

  • Collaborative team player - priorities both the team's success and the candidate experience.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with proven ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable to change - thrives in dynamic environments and embraces new challenges.
  • Self-driven and accountable - demonstrates strong organizational skills, integrity, and consistent follow-through on tasks.
  • Naturally curious and innovative - constantly seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhance outcomes through creative thinking.
  • Passionate about candidate experience - empathetic, articulate, and professional in all interactions; understands the importance of creating a positive and respectful journey for every candidate.
  • Engaging and personable - a charismatic team player who communicates confidently and enjoys building meaningful relationships across all levels.
