Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter with 515 years of proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be a recruitment specialist with the ability to manage multiple roles across functions, along with strong stakeholder management skills. Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders for further evaluation.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
