We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, helping us identify and attract top talent to meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates and freelance trainers through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
