About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruitment for healthcare positions across hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and healthcare agencies in the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring clinical and non‑clinical healthcare professionals and be familiar with US healthcare compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Full‑Cycle Recruitment
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals (RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, Medical Assistants, Therapists, Admin roles, etc.)
- Manage high-volume hiring for US clients across multiple states and specialties.
- Utilize job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, ZipRecruiter, and internal ATS.
Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Build pipelines using Boolean search, social media sourcing, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
- Evaluate candidate credentials, licenses, certifications (e.g., RN License, CNA certification, BLS/ACLS).
Client & Candidate Management
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
- Schedule candidate interviews, negotiate compensation, and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines, background checks, credentialing, and documentation verification.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS as per US federal and state guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5+ years of experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter (clinical or non‑clinical hiring).
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, medical terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in US shifts is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high‑volume hiring environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search).
