Job Description

Position Title: US IT Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Onsite

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Shift: 6.30 PM IST- 3.30 AM IST

Preferred Candidate - Male

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruitment for healthcare positions across hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and healthcare agencies in the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring clinical and non‑clinical healthcare professionals and be familiar with US healthcare compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Full‑Cycle Recruitment

  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals (RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, Medical Assistants, Therapists, Admin roles, etc.)
  • Manage high-volume hiring for US clients across multiple states and specialties.
  • Utilize job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, ZipRecruiter, and internal ATS.

Sourcing & Talent Identification

  • Build pipelines using Boolean search, social media sourcing, referrals, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Evaluate candidate credentials, licenses, certifications (e.g., RN License, CNA certification, BLS/ACLS).

Client & Candidate Management

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
  • Schedule candidate interviews, negotiate compensation, and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines, background checks, credentialing, and documentation verification.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS as per US federal and state guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5+ years of experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter (clinical or non‑clinical hiring).
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, medical terminology, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in US shifts is mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high‑volume hiring environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search).
