Our office is near Kilpauk Metro station, Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to find qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for each position.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
