About the Role

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle

• Understand hiring requirements with stakeholders

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & networking

• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate technical & HR interview rounds

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Handle offer negotiation and offer rollout

• Build and maintain talent pipelines

• Track recruitment metrics and reports

• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices

• Create recruitment-related graphics/posts when required

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience

• Experience in technical & non-technical hiring

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of recruitment portals

• Strong MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills

• Good documentation and reporting skills

• Knowledge of HR software/recruitment tools

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Basic designing skills for recruitment graphics

Eligibility & Other Requirements

• Throughout English-medium education preferred

• Must have a smartphone

• Own vehicle is mandatory

• Laptop required

• Good internet connectivity at residence/PG

• Dongle to be purchased after offer letter release

• Comfortable with field work and visiting colleges/institutes

• Must be socially active and willing to participate in social networking activities once a week (7:30 AM–10:30 AM)
