Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to joining.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers/MIS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding candidate status and interview feedback.
• Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure candidates join successfully.
• Achieve individual recruitment and joining targets within defined timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduate candidates preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Good understanding of basic MS Office/Excel and internet usage.
• Comfortable working with recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and good relationship-building skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Acquisition or HR Consultancy will be preferred.
