About the Role: US IT Recruiter – B2B Staffing & Process Setup
Responsibilities:
- Build and streamline the US IT recruitment/B2B hiring process from scratch.
- Develop sourcing strategies for US IT consultants and candidates, particularly through IMS and similar channels.
- Manage and mentor a team of US IT recruiters.
- Establish SOPs, KPIs, sourcing funnels, submission processes and quality standards.
- Work closely with B2B clients/vendors and understand their hiring requirements.
- Build vendor/client relationships and improve candidate submission-to-interview ratios.
- Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
- Train recruiters on US staffing, ATS/VMS, Boolean sourcing, rate negotiation and candidate management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in US IT Staffing/Recruitment
- Preferred: Candidates currently working with US staffing organizations.
