Dream Travel Yaari is a fast-growing travel company specializing in Domestic and International travel experiences. We are building a high-performance team and looking for a dedicated recruiter who can help us hire top sales talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Travel Sales roles

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews with management

• Maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

• Manage candidate follow-ups and onboarding process

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (sales hiring preferred)

• Strong understanding of hiring through job portals and social media

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Self-motivated and result-oriented
