Profile - Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location - Faridabad

Qualification - Graduate

Experience - 2 to 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn etc.
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Handle offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and share MIS/reporting updates.
  • Manage vendor coordination and support employer branding initiatives.
