Job Title: HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring) Day Shift
Location: Gurgaon | Schedule: Day shift, 5 days/week
Salary: 25,000 40,000/month
What you'll do:
- Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles
- Source candidates via portals, referrals, and outreach
- Screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain hiring trackers, follow-ups, and offer rollout
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Must have:
- 6+ months experience in bulk/volume hiring (HR/Recruitment)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet hiring targets and work on timelines
