Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at NAB India. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will drive end-to-end technical hiring for a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle volume/bulk hiring and organize weekend drives in the office.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver on hiring goals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
• Location: Downtown, Gurgaon (Hybrid- 3 days WFO & 2 days WFH)

Requirements:

• 5–9 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven track record in volume/bulk hiring and managing weekend drives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).
