We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at NAB India. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will drive end-to-end technical hiring for a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle volume/bulk hiring and organize weekend drives in the office.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver on hiring goals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
- Location: Downtown, Gurgaon (Hybrid- 3 days WFO & 2 days WFH)
Requirements:
- 59 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven track record in volume/bulk hiring and managing weekend drives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).
