Job Description

Role: BPO Recruiter

Exp: 4 to 6 yrs.

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Gurgaon

Note: Please do apply if you have experience into BPO Hiring for atleast 3 years

Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for BPO and bulk hiring requirements.

Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet staffing needs.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews and manage the candidate selection process.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.

Manage candidate databases and recruitment tools.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in BPO and bulk hiring.

Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
