Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Coimbatore. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The Recruiter will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of all hiring activities and collaborating with different departments to understand staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for recruitment
• Understanding of talent acquisition strategies and ability to develop effective hiring plans
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work well in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of the digital marketing or technology industry is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience if required as recruiter.
